1. What we do to protect your data
Dynamus Grupo's website and internal systems run entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The website and the customer relationship management (CRM) system are hosted through specialised providers (Cloudflare, Render and Supabase), which apply their own security measures at the infrastructure level.
2. What we don't guarantee
No computer system can be considered completely invulnerable. Dynamus Grupo applies reasonable security measures in line with the current state of the art, but does not certify or guarantee the total absence of incidents, unauthorised access or vulnerabilities. This page is not an independent security audit or certification.
3. If you find a security issue
If you have found a vulnerability, unauthorised access or any security incident related to our website or our systems, write to us at info@mail.dynamusgrupo.com stating the affected page or system, when you found it, and a brief description. Please do not access, download or share any data that isn't yours when reporting it.
4. Incident management
In the event of a security breach affecting personal data, Dynamus Grupo will assess the risk and, where appropriate, notify the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) and the affected individuals within the timeframes and conditions set out in Articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR.
