How long does a project take, start to finish?
It depends on scope, but the pattern is set in the proposal: scope, timeline and price get locked in during the diagnosis call, before we produce anything. You know it upfront, not halfway through.
How much does it cost?
There’s no flat rate, because no two businesses are the same: a landing page doesn’t cost the same as an online store, and a one-off consultation doesn’t cost the same as monthly social media management. What is fixed is the process: a closed price before we start, never loose hours that keep adding up.
Can I start small before committing to the full package?
Yes — that’s what the starter services are for: a content consultation or a couple of standalone videos, no contract. If it works out, we talk about the rest; if not, you never had to sign anything big to find out.
Do you work with businesses outside Tenerife?
Yes. We’re based in Tenerife but work remotely with businesses in any country — it’s literally the premise of this site: from one island, for anywhere.
Who actually runs my project?
A team of developers and creatives. Daniel, director at Dynamus Grupo and also part of that creative team, is who attends to you — the same person from the first call. In practice that means when you write mid-project, whoever replies already knows the job, and you’re never re-explaining your business from scratch because the contact changed.
What if we’re not a good fit?
We’ll say so on the same diagnosis call, not after you’ve paid for anything. And if someone else is a better fit for what you need, we’ll tell you that too: we’d rather lose the job than start one we know doesn’t fit.
