1. Purpose and scope
These terms of use govern access to and use of the website dynamusgrupo.com, as well as the general terms applicable to requesting information and contracting the services offered by Dynamus Grupo. Browsing the website, requesting information, or contracting any service implies acceptance of these terms.
The website is informational and lead-generation in nature. No economic transaction takes place through the website and no payments are processed online: there is no shopping cart, payment gateway, or immediate-charge contracting. The website is limited to allowing the user to request information, book a video call, or send a contact form.
2. Description of services
Dynamus Grupo offers, among others, the following services:
- Web Design: creation and development of websites.
- Visual Identity (Branding): brand and corporate identity design.
- Community Management (Social Media): social media and content management.
- Multimedia: audiovisual and multimedia content production.
- Starter Services: initial consultancy and support services.
- Automation: AI-driven process automation.
The specific scope, timelines and conditions of each service are agreed individually with each client.
3. Contracting process
The usual process for contracting services is as follows:
- The user makes an initial enquiry through the website's contact form or books a video call using the integrated booking tool (Google Calendar).
- Dynamus Grupo reviews the request and, where applicable, prepares a quote or proposal tailored to the user's needs.
- The service is considered contracted once the user expressly accepts the corresponding quote or proposal, on the terms agreed between both parties.
Services are contracted and invoiced outside the website, through the quote or agreement made directly between the parties (by email, video call, or signed document). The financial terms, payment method, delivery timelines and refund policy for each service are set out specifically in that quote or agreement, and are not managed or charged through the website.
4. User obligations
The user agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information on the website's forms, to make appropriate and lawful use of the website and of the contracted services, and not to use them for fraudulent or unlawful purposes or in a manner contrary to good faith and public order.
5. Intellectual property of deliverables
Deliverables produced in the course of providing a service (designs, developments, content and other materials) are governed, in terms of ownership and assignment of intellectual property rights, by what is specifically agreed in the quote or contract signed with each client, outside the website. As a general rule, Dynamus Grupo reserves rights over its methodologies, internal processes and materials not specifically delivered to the client.
6. Changes to these terms
Dynamus Grupo reserves the right to amend these terms of use at any time; the terms in force and published at the time the user accesses the website or contracts a service will apply.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to, use of, or contracting of services through the website, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of San Cristóbal de La Laguna, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
