1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in the user's browser when they visit it. Among other functions, they help remember preferences, allow the site to work correctly, and, in some cases, analyse site usage. This policy is drafted in compliance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).
2. Cookies used on this website
Dynamus Grupo does not set any cookies of its own on this website. For minimal interface functions (for example, remembering the state of an element while you browse) it uses the browser's local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), which is not technically a cookie and which you can clear at any time from your browser settings.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies for statistical or advertising purposes.
3. Cookieless audience measurement
To find out how many visits the website receives, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a measurement service that does not set cookies or use persistent identifiers. No data that could identify an individual user is collected and no profiling takes place: only aggregate statistics are obtained (most-visited pages, approximate country of origin, and page-load performance metrics). For this reason, this measurement does not require prior consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.
4. Third-party cookies
The website links to external services, specifically Google Calendar for scheduling video calls. If the user interacts with this service, Google may set its own cookies in accordance with its own cookie and privacy policy, which is independent of Dynamus Grupo. We recommend consulting Google's cookie policy for more information.
5. Consent
Even though this website does not set any cookies that require prior consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, a cookie notice is still shown on your first visit, with "Accept" and "Decline" options. This choice is recorded anonymously (with no identifying personal data) to keep a record of the user's consent, and is remembered in your browser's local storage so the notice isn't shown again. Accepting or declining does not change how the site works or what it shows you, since there are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies to turn on or off. You can still manage, block or delete any cookie from your browser settings, as described in the next section.

7. Retention
This website does not store any cookies of its own. Data saved in the browser's local storage remains until the user deletes it; data saved in sessionStorage is cleared automatically when the tab is closed. The audience measurement described in section 3 is carried out without cookies and without persistent identifiers.
8. Changes to this cookie policy
Dynamus Grupo may amend this cookie policy in the future, for example in response to regulatory changes or new website functionality that requires additional cookies. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
